Our dedicated development and engineering teams build unique tools that enable our partners to deploy, manage, and monitor their customer's services in real time. Our unique platform reduces required site visits or truck rolls, speeds-up trouble resolution, and identifies wide-area network issues before they become a problem.

SUMMARY

NUSO Europe has an opening for a Channel Business Development Manager. In this role you will partner with our existing resellers to promote new services, technology, and products as well as develop new partner relationships to expand our market share.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Create new revenue streams through partner acquisition within specified channels with a view to understand and develop business plans to meet NUSO and partner objectives.
  • Manage a monthly sales target for, up-sell, cross sell and new business opportunities.
  • Proactively engage with customers to build and expand relationships at multiple layers within each prospect - understanding prospect types as well as key organizational roles.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities for NUSO and develop strategies to exploit them across all specified accounts and target channels whilst also maintaining all existing revenue and margin within the specified customer base.
  • Manage sales opportunities using the company's preferred sales methodology.
  • Work targets to achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Gain an intimate knowledge and understanding of the customer buying process and ensure this is reflected in deal forecasting and progression.
  • Track all activity in Salesforce CRM following the defined processes and look for opportunities to improve or enhance the information in the systems.
  • Provide customer support on NUSO customer facing portals.
  • Provide customer updates on network infrastructure updates and planned maintenance.
  • Maintain an awareness of the prevailing UK market conditions and competitive landscape and exploit any opportunities arising from this knowledge.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Proven track record in strategic business development - demonstrating a collaborative style and strong relationship management skills
  • Experience closing complex deals.
  • Able to understand customer challenges and with strong listening skills identify solutions.
  • Customer oriented with an organized and logical approach to solving problems.
  • Excellent sales and account management skills.
  • Great communicator, able to deal with people at all levels of business and varying technical capability.
  • Experience in telecoms, including, UCaaS ,CCaaS and Microsoft Teams connectivity.
  • Highly articulate and presentable.
  • Solution and quality focused individual.
  • Resilient and responsive to change, operating within a fast-paced business telecommunications environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to take ownership and manage multiple tasks of varying complexity whilst maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

This job may require frequent travel up to 100+ miles, including overnight/out of town travel.
