You will work to maximise minting volume into Immutable by successfully securing partnerships with strategic gaming customers to use our Web3 gaming platform and service. As a Business Development Manager, you will lead the end-to-end sales process, including account strategy, deal negotiations, legal agreements, relationship development, technical scoping, and evangelising key products, platforms and service offerings. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams across GTM, Legal, Sales Engineering, Game Studio, Acceleration, and Partner Success.

Youll Be Empowered To

Partner with the business development leaders in driving the early stages of the sales cycle and helping with new customer acquisition Work across traditional web2 channels ( cold calling, email, LinkedIn) and web3 channels ( Discord, Telegram, Twitter, etc) to reach prospects Understand and identify trends and opportunities in the web3 gaming landscape Bring your connections across the industry, bringing a ready pipeline of game studios and developers to Immutable Take full accountability for how many of your partners launch their projects on Immutable, working with cross-functional teams to make this happen Build deep relationships with executive stakeholders across multiple functions and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process Develop strategic plans for your target accounts and identify required supporting resources

We'd Love You To Bring

4+ years of client-facing experience working with web3 or gaming clients in a fast-paced technology company A deep interest in crypto, web3, gaming, DeFi, digital assets, etc Exceptional operational and communication abilities Comfortable working in a high-change startup environment. 0-1 operator. An entrepreneurial spirit is highly preferred A hunger to succeed and an unteachable drive and commitment to excellence
