Tasks
develop and implement a creative strategy for our products
support the full creative production cycle from idea generation to the final result
search and interpretation of market signals
analyze the results of launched creatives
Requirements
experience in developing creative product strategy understanding of the entire cycle of video ad production: from idea generation to final rendering and voice acting understanding of the specifics of performance marketing knowledge of trends in mobile games and the mobile advertising market fluency in Russian
Preferred
experience as a game designer, understanding of game mechanics and motivations
portfolio of creatives or released games
