Job Description

After an internship at ServiceNow, you’ll have experience with:   

  • Delivering software as a service (SaaS) based products to customers in real time.   
  • Operating a Cloud Infrastructure to the highest standards of professionalism and availability.  
  • Development of tools and processes (monitoring, automation, data manipulation, diagnostics and more) that enable successful automated validations and monitoring of applications and systems.   
  • Solving big business problems using the Now Platform. 
  • Understanding both systems administration and configuration, along with monitoring and troubleshooting complex systems prob
  • Working with different technologies and scripting/programming lang
  • Working in a team with highly talented system engineers, database administrators and software developers focused on operating a state of the art Cloud Infrastructure. 
  • Managing real world problems and communication to various customers and stakeholders. 
  • Grow, network, and experience the culture and people at ServiceNow.   

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university working on a relevant Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Must be a student for the full duration of the internship and returning to college for at least one semester following completion of the internship i.e. graduating no earlier than December 2025 
  • Must be available to start on 19th May OR 16th June 2025
  • Commit to the full-time 12 weeks (3 months) internship
  • Knowledge of Linux systems administration
  • Knowledge of database administration (SQL, MySQL etc.)
  • Knowledge of infrastructure engineering, both on-prem and cloud
  • Experience with the latest web standards and good knowledge of web libraries and frameworks 
  • Experience with scripting languages i.e. Python, Shell, Bash
  • Coding experience in JavaScript, and at least one other programming language include but not limited to: Python, Java or C/C++  
  • Passion for technology and problem solving
