We're seeking a Buyer/Planner to join our rapidly evolving team. This position offers the chance to work across both Procurement, Planning & Production functions, driving continuous improvement and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement:

Execute and manage Purchase Orders from supply planning to delivery fulfilment.Align supply with demand through expediting, rescheduling, or cancellations.Liaise with shipping companies to ensure timely deliveries.Collaborate with the global planning and local warehouse teams to meet production goals.Cooperate closely with strategic procurement team to optimize availability and lead times (risk management) of all required direct materials (raw materials, metal powders, steel materials, packaging,..)Support new product or raw material introductions

Planning:

Maintain and optimize planning parameters for raw materials and finished products to balance availability and stock level.Update forecasting systems acc. actual lead times of suppliers and safety stock levels.Drive improvements to planning processes and system integrity.

What We’re Looking For:

2-3 years of experience in a purchasing or planning roleTeam player with strong communication and negotiation skills.Excellent organisational, numerical, and computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).Fluent in EnglishERP Dynamic 365 experience an advantage
