TechNET-IT is thrilled to partner with a renowned firm of Chartered Accountants & Tax Advisers, to offer an opportunity for a Tax Supervisor. Based in Watford, this role supports the firm's mission to provide "friendly expertise" to a diverse client base in the UK and internationally. Join a dynamic and innovative team committed to client success and community support.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare complex personal, partnership, trust, and corporation tax returns.

Review tax returns prepared by team members.

Support various tax filings throughout the year, including P11d’s, PSAs, ATED, Form 42, and EMI40 returns.

Skills

Qualified ATT, ACCA, or ACA.

Over 5 years of tax experience in practice.

Part-qualified CTA or willingness to pursue CTA qualification (training support provided).

Strong IT skills and technical ability.

Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Benefits Package:

Full-time role – Monday to Friday (flexible working policy – a combination of office/home working).

Competitive remuneration based on experience.

Annual Christmas Bonus equivalent to 1 week’s salary.

Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme (Employer: 5%, Employee: 3%) subject to eligibility.

Private Medical Insurance after 3 months (taxable benefit).

Death in Service scheme cover (4x salary).

Group Income Protection Scheme (non-contributory) post 3 months.

25 days annual leave (pro-rata), with 3 days typically taken during the Christmas/New Year period.
