Role responsibilities include:

  • Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on beverage selections.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all drinks served.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
  • Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.
  • Promote special drinks and upsell premium brands and add-ons.
  • Ensure compliance with Hyatt's policies and procedures.
  • Assist in training new bartenders and bar staff.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
  • Balance the cash register at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Assisting with food service when necessary.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 years experience in a busy bar.
  • Mixologist/cocktail experience is essential for this role.
  • Previous experience in a cocktail bar or 4/5* hotel will be a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Available to work evenings, weekends.
  • Reliable, dedicated and passionate about delivering high levels of service.
  • Fluent English.
