We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable sales associate to join our Kipling Concession store in Arnotts

Kipling is a subsidiary of VF, the world’s largest apparel and footwear company comprised of over 30 brands.
You may ask “Just who is VF?”. Well, if you are an active life styler then you are probably very familiar with brands such as Vans, The North Face, Timberland, Napapijri and others. They are just some of the names we manufacture and sell in over 1500 stores across 170 countries.
As the face of our brand your input will be key, providing great customer service and contributing to the success of the store.
KNOW THE ROLE
Kipling in our Arnotts Concession store are currently looking for a supervisor to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The role will be pivotal in supporting the day-to-day activities of the Department, leading and mentoring team members in order to provide the highest level of customer service. Our Team Leads play an integral part of the Brown Thomas Arnotts journey in reinventing retail in a genuine and sustainable way and we’re hiring a team whose vision and style are as vibrant as our own to elevate this unique experience and redefine the future of retailing in Ireland.

Sharing your passion for Kipling products with customersYou oversee making your store look great, so that it is always customer-readyLearn about our products to inspire our customersDrive sales by understanding the store’s targetsFollow store standards, policies, and proceduresKNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous experience in a supervisory position welcomedYou are fully flexible to work Monday Sunday 5/7 some early mornings and late evenings as well as weekends will be required in this role You have a proactive, can-do attitudeYou are open and love interacting with people, able to express yourself, listen and understand customersYou have a genuine interest in active lifestyle, fashion, or retail trendsYou are a fast learner and embrace new challengesYou are fluent in English (any other language would be a plus)You are flexible when it comes to working weekends, evenings, and holidays when necessaryKNOW HOW WE WORK
