Laundry Assistant/Housekeeper

We are looking for a Laundry Assistant/Housekeeper to join us on a part-time basis at the Cashel Palace Hotel . (3 days a week/flexible)

Role:

To ensure all hotel linens, towels, and other washable items are cleaned, dried, ironed, folded, and stored to meet the hotel's quality standards. This role supports the housekeeping team in delivering a high level of service to guests.

The Person:

• Experience: Prior experience in a laundry or housekeeping role is preferred but not essential.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift and carry heavy loads, and work in hot environments.
• Attention to Detail: Capable of noticing and correcting stains, damages, or other quality issues.
• Time Management: Ability to work efficiently, manage time well, and complete tasks promptly.
• Communication Skills: Basic understanding of English or local language for communicating with team members and following instructions.

Working Conditions

• Requires working on a shift basis, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically demanding, involving lifting, bending, and long periods of standing.
