We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 - Radiology for a Private Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
- As the head of the Radiology Nursing service, you are in charge of the safe provision and coordination of nursing care for patients, guaranteeing a high-quality, effective, and efficient specialist nursing care service.
- To guarantee a successful and efficient service, participate in the planning, creation, and oversight of budgetary and human resource plans.
- Participate in the development, innovation, and planning of specialised nursing services.
- Make sure that nursing care for interventional radiology is grounded in the most recent research findings and adheres to best practices.
- Establish strong ties with other HMC divisions that are pertinent to service delivery and improvement.
- Keep an eye out for complaints, look into any nurse complaints, take appropriate corrective action, and review the audit to make sure there are no recurrences.
- Make certain that every record is kept up to date and correctly.
Requirements
- Be registered in the general division of the Register of Nurses maintained by NMBI
- Possess a minimum of two years of nursing experience in radiology and at least five years of recent, pertinent post-registration nursing experience (full-time or equivalent hours part-time) in an acute hospital setting.
- Possess or be pursuing a recognised post-registration nursing degree, such as a Higher Diploma or Post Graduate program in interventional radiology nursing.
- Maintain a current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification or work towards one.
