Qualifications minimales :

Baccalauréat en marketing, publicité ou expérience pratique équivalente. Les candidats auront généralement 2 ans d’expérience dans la publicité, les ventes consultatives, le développement commercial, l’environnement médiatique en ligne ou le marketing. Capacité à communiquer couramment en français et en anglais pour soutenir la gestion des relations avec la clientèle dans cette région.

Qualifications souhaitées :

Expérience de l’évaluation stratégique et de la réussite des clients par le biais de techniques de vente, y compris le questionnement efficace, le traitement des objections et la vente concurrentielle. Connaissance de Google Ads et de la publicité en ligne, avec certification Google Digital Workshop, ou équivalent. Capacité à détenir un portefeuille dans un contexte de publicité ou de vente de médias en France, et à dépasser constamment les quotas pour stimuler la croissance. Capacité à élaborer des récits convaincants et à utiliser le storytelling comme stratégie d’engagement client. Capacité d’influencer les parties prenantes à l’interne et à l’externe pour avoir un impact. Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à gérer plusieurs projets à la fois tout en portant attention aux détails.

En consultant une grande variété d’agences de publicité existantes de toutes tailles, vous vous engagez à trouver la solution publicitaire optimale pour chaque client. Votre intérêt pour la vente et l’économie numérique, ainsi que votre esprit d’entreprise, permettent aux marques de développer leurs activités avec les derniers produits et solutions publicitaires de Google. Votre compréhension des médias en ligne, combinée à votre savoir-faire commercial, façonne la croissance des entreprises, nouvelles et existantes. Grâce à vos compétences en communication, vous êtes le visage de Google auprès d’un portefeuille de clients dont vous écoutez les besoins et vous aidez à définir la stratégie permettant à leurs produits et services d’atteindre des milliers ou des millions d’utilisateurs.

Responsabilités

Atteignez des objectifs trimestriels ambitieux de croissance de l’activité et des produits. Établissez des relations par le biais d’appels téléphoniques ou de marketing par e-mail, et menez régulièrement des consultations téléphoniques et des argumentaires de vente avec les clients pour les conseiller sur la façon d’obtenir le meilleur retour sur leur investissement Google Ads. Posséder un portefeuille de petites entreprises en comprenant parfaitement les moteurs de croissance, en identifiant les opportunités de croissance, en gérant les risques et en élaborant des plans trimestriels pour les réalisations. Stimulez la croissance de la clientèle en offrant une expérience de vente exceptionnelle et en atteignant les objectifs commerciaux et marketing des clients.
