We're on the lookout for an adept Content Strategy Manager to collaborate closely with the Director of Content Strategy and our team to synchronize global marketing content with vital company objectives and go-to-market campaigns. As a pivotal figure, you'll be instrumental in pinpointing and implementing content opportunities that wield the most significant impact across the buyer's journey. Your role will involve immersing yourself in the Diligent brand voice, understanding our key personas' needs and obstacles, and actively engaging in every facet of content strategy, from planning and production to distribution and analysis.

R esponsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a rolling 90-day content calendar; plan and deliver blog content, guides, case studies, brand messaging, newsletters and emails,web copy,landing pagesand other content assets for Diligent solutions and GTM initiatives.
  • Strategize, brief, outline and review/edit work produced by internal and external content creators and content partners to ensure it aligns with GTM initiatives, buyer’s journeys and personas’ needs and pain points, and that it adheres to the Diligent voice.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, marketers, marketing operations, product managers, commercial teams and SMEs to ideate content assets and to ensure content is on-message and aligned to key personas and GTM strategies.
  • Incorporate AI into all stages of content planning and production, and track the efficiencies gained; review and validate all work produced by AI before publication; drive new and creative AI use cases and help evangelize its usage.
  • Track content performance and derive key insights to make recommendations or adjustments to drive greater impact.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Strong storytelling ability in a marketing context
  • Exemplary writing and especially editing skills
  • Experience managing vendors and/or freelancers
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience working in a content, digital marketing or equivalent role
  • A portfolio of published articles or content assets

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with AI, AI tools and AI prompting is a plus
  • Familiarity with CMS systems, basic graphics tools and social channels is a plus
  • Knowledge of AP Style is a plus
