Real Estate Programme Manager
TEKsystems Global Services Security client are seeking a Programme Manager to manage and coordinate a number of site facility projects within their Real Estate team and work closely with IT teams.
Requirements;
· Managing multiple client-facing implementation projects to budget, scope, and schedule.
· Executing site reviews to create detailed plans, risks, assumptions, cost estimates and audits
o Travel to global sites or work remotely by guiding on site teams where appropriate.
· Third party vendor collaboration and where needed, oversight.
· Risk management and mitigation.
· Contribute to facilities process and template documentation striving for continuous improvement.
· Managing project scope and objectives by participating in SAFe PI Planning and representing stakeholder priorities where necessary.
· Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
· Ensuring deliverables and milestones are delivered and completed as required.
· Coordinating with internal resources and third-party vendors on project execution.
· Assessing and performing risk management protocols to mitigate and resolve project risks.
· Following change management procedures to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
