We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 430 MW of IT load in flight.

We are pleased to announce that we are seeking a Regional Planning Manager.  This position will be site-based in Dublin, with a regular requirement for travel across Europe.

Reports to: Operations Director

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop bid programmes to support and compliment bid submissions
  • Develop, maintain and review detailed master construction programmes and project controls procedures for live projects
  • Work with Project Directors  and site teams to develop and maintain effective Project Planning Strategies and Programmes
  • Prepare and present progress reviews to senior management
  • Business development activities with new clients
  • Liaise with stakeholders to review progress of projects, supporting risk identification and proactive problem solving
  • Create and maintain schedules for the pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phases of specific projects as requested
  • Establish and maintain project schedule resource requirements across all projects
  • Develop and Communicate tools for the effective target completion of project goals
  • Provide performance updates / reports for identification of variances and corrective actions
  • Planning representative in Client & Subcontractor meetings
  • Develop and coach the members of the planning team across projects and prioritise workloads, delegate appropriately and be an effective role model.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering / Construction Management required
  • 7+ years relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably main contractor experience
  • Experienced in programming software and BIM - Asta Powerproject and Primavera P6 preferred
  • Demonstrable experience in large-scale environments (project values €50 m +)
  • Excellent organisational, communication, people and time management skills
  • The ability to build robust relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers
