Non-ManagementServir la clientèle internationale dès le début de leur voyage. Créer une expérience exceptionnelle et fournir un service qui fera de la clientèle des passionnés de la marque en répondant aux questions au sujet de l’établissement, des services et des chambres de façon à soutenir notre objectif global de devenir l’entreprise de voyages favorite au monde. Gérer les contacts entrants pour divers complexes hôteliers et hôtels de luxe de la marque Marriott et fournir une assistance aux clients relativement à leurs réservations et à leurs questions par l’entremise des canaux qu’ils préfèrent, dont le téléphone, les courriels ou le clavardage. Les responsabilités comprennent le traitement des demandes de réservations, le soutien en matière de fidélisation de base et la satisfaction des demandes de la clientèle. Ce poste demande de cibler les besoins de la clientèle en matière de réservation et d’observer les techniques de vente pour maximiser les revenus. Assurer la conformité des politiques et procédures concernant les règlements pour les réservations et les demandes particulières, les lignes directrices de fidélisation et la gestion de cas. Offrir du soutien à la clientèle en fournissant des conseils pour permettre la résolution de problème, et offrir une communication transparente avec les établissements Marriott, avec les contacts des entreprises liées et les tierces parties.Suivre toutes les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise; s’assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d’informations propres à la bannière ou à l’hôtel; protéger tous les biens de l’entreprise; protéger la vie privée et la sécurité des clients et des collègues. Accueillir et saluer tous les clients selon les normes de l’entreprise; anticiper et traiter les besoins de service des clients; aider les personnes handicapées; remercier les clients en leur témoignant une véritable reconnaissance. Parler aux autres en utilisant un langage clair, approprié et professionnel; répondre au téléphone en utilisant l’étiquette appropriée. Développer et maintenir des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec vos pairs; s’unir et s’entraider afin d’atteindre les buts communs; écouter et répondre de façon appropriée aux problèmes des autres employés. Se conformer aux attentes et aux normes d’assurance qualité. Déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer des objets pesant jusqu’à 10 livres (5 kg) sans assistance.
