Overview

The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for day to day cash forecasting and cash positioning across our EMEA and Asian entities and bank accounts. This involves identifying funding requirements & available cash and arranging for funding in line with bank cutoff times. The role involves working closely with multiple internal business units and external banking counterparties.


Responsibilities

Daily Cash Forecasting and funding of Bank Accounts Active management of daily cash balances across our EMEA and Asia bank accounts Payment processing and liaising with banks on payment issues, returned payments etc.. FX Settlements Bank Guarantees: work with our Real Estate team to arrange rental bank guarantees with a panel of banks Manage the Treasury mailbox and action queries in a timely manner Assist with bank account openings & closings and bank KYC requests. Support a robust controls environment, ensuring adherence to current processes and controls. Serve as point of contact for all Treasury functions, and internal partners including Accounting and Tax Work effectively with cross-functional teams on operational improvements and initiatives.
Qualifications

4+ years treasury experience, preferably with a corporate Treasury, Finance or Accounting qualification is preferred proven experience in cash forecasting and determining funding requirements – experience of PSoft and Reconnet is a plus. strong payments experience with an understanding of currency cut-off times and payment routing options - experience of BoA CashPro and HSBCnet is a plus. Strong excel skills Excellent attention to detail and proactive in managing queries and requests. A team player that can collaborate with both internal and external teams Bank guarantee experience is a plus.

Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland.
