Location: Central Park, Dublin (Hybrid)

 

This role is being offered on a Permanent basis.

About the Role:

 

The Data Remediation function within Data & Analytics provides a critical service to the bank by analysing and validating the quality of priority data in line with business requests from across the organisation. The function also seeks to identify opportunities to deliver sustainable process improvements where appropriate.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Take lead role in the design and development of data quality analysis, MI and data quality enhancement solutions. 
  • Management of data analysts to support completion of data quality solutions.
  • Provide the necessary coaching and support to junior team members.
  • Establish strong relationships with business partners and key stakeholder, to deliver data quality outcomes aligned to AIB strategy
  • Support a continuous improvement culture within the organisation, where innovation and creative thinking is encouraged and developed

 

What you will bring:

  • Minimum 3+ years data analyst experience
  • Excellent problem solving skills with a strong knowledge of SQL
  • Experience leading team and the delivery of positive business outcomes
  • Experience with banking customer and credit systems is an advantage
  • Self-starter with ability to work on own initiative and strong attention to detail, completing tasks to a very high degree of accuracy. 
  • Experience with presentations and communicating results to others, particularly to a senior audience
