Your Role

EF Dublin has an exciting opportunity to ensure the welfare and happiness of our student body as Student Services Manager. This role runs from June - August 2024 offers a chance to develop managerial skills within an international setting.The role encompasses customer-facing duties, leading our Student Services team to deliver the most empathetic and compassionate welfare service operating our on-site campus and leading an outstanding customer support team. This is an ideal role for anyone passionate about customer service, motivated by working with international students, and has an outstanding eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Act as the face of the EF Language Campus for both our students and staff Create a warm and friendly home from home environment for our international students Welcomeour students and ensuring the logistics behind their arrival run as smoothly as possible Deal with student requests and queries Address student welfare issues and problems with discipline Liaise with departments across our organisation, ensuring customer satisfaction is at its highest Help run student activities and events

Requirements

Strong leadership skills with some management/team leading experience required Commitment to the highest level of customer service Sociable and fun disposition with the ability to motivate and energise others English fluency and excellent communication skills Able to work independently Ability to work and thrive under pressure Clear background check and two references Right to work in Ireland
