Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain the roadmap for CNP products and features. Craft detailed user stories and requirements for CNP products and features, ensuring alignment with market demands and company strategy. Partner closely with design, engineering, quality assurance, and operations teams to ensure successful development and launch of Clover CNP products. Support partners utilizing our ecommerce APIs and SDKs to build vertical solutions, in collaboration with the developer relations team. Work with the marketing team to package products effectively, creating marketing collateral and materials to drive awareness and adoption. Conduct training sessions for local Fiserv sales channels on Clover product capabilities and value proposition. Analyze merchant and developer feedback to enhance productivity and user experience continually.
