This person will be involved in the end to end graduate recruitment and student programmes  process to ensure an impeccable candidate experience. This permanent position offers the chance to join a dynamic, successful and collaborative team based in Dublin 2.

Key responsibilities of the Grad Manager:

Sourcing suitable candidates, screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, managing offers and acceptances, onboarding and general stakeholder and candidate management Build strong and impactful relationships with students and candidates quickly Drive the employer brand throughout all graduate and student activity Manage social media platforms and marketing campaigns throughout the year Represent organisation at graduate recruitment careers fairs, talks and other events during the year across the Republic of Ireland

Key skills of the Grad Manager:

The ideal candidate will a have minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar inhouse/agency recruitment position Degree in business, HR or similar discipline beneficial Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) Genuine interest in early careers/graduate recruitment
