Are you our new Legal Manager- Portfolio Invesments?

What will you do:

  • Provide legal advice under Irish law with respect to the Group’s Portfolio Investments through its growing Irish platform;
  • Support Intrum’s Investment team in new portfolio acquisitions and generally all transactions completed by the Irish investment platform and be a trusted legal business partner to all Intrum legal functions in all Intrum’s 20 European markets engaged into Portfolio Investments;
  • Corporate housekeeping and legal operations for Intrum’s Irish investment vehicles, in cooperation with Group Legal and the Group Business Servicers Center (Athens).
  • In coordination with Group Compliance, ensure that the platform’s activity is compliant with local laws and regulations and with Group policies and guidelines, GDPR

In addition to the above, the role will include general support to the global legal function in relevant day-to-day matters based on workload within the global function as well as prior experience and interests of the candidate

What we’re looking for:

  • A lawyer qualified in Irish law with minimum 3 - 5 PQE.
  • Legal corporate structuring relating to Ireland
  • Experience in general corporate matters, M&A and investments, securitization laws and/or financing
  • Cross border transactions
  • Any European language in addition to English is a plus.

It’s a plus if you bring:

  • Experience with Docker containers for deploying and managing models.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
