Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire our dedicated staff to deliver the highest standard of residential care.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and well-staffed nursing home.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, championing person-centred care.
  • Drive clinical excellence, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIQA standards and the Health Act 2007.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications: A Third Level Degree in Nursing and active registration with An Bord Altranais.
  • Expertise: Post-registration qualification in Healthcare Management (Level 6) is essential.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of post-registration experience, with 2+ years in nursing home management.
  • Leadership Skills: A proven track record of leading teams with compassion and professionalism.
  • Passion: A commitment to providing exceptional care to older adults.
