Release Support Engineer

We're looking for a  Release Engineer  with strong programming skills to join the game project team. You'll develop and support the processes of production and operation of our games. More specifically, you will determine the development of build systems, delivery, and testing of our games, work with various relevant tools, bring your ideas and experience to the product.

This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus). Find out more .

Tasks

Automation of routine processes;

Developing and supporting automatic testing on the device farm;

Setting up and developing Git Hooks to avoid errors during development;

Developing and supporting game production operation: participating in releases, preparing beta versions and patches, setting up and updating game events, A/B tests;

Configuring and supporting pipelines on TeamCity, resolving build issues, interacting with the CI team to ensure efficient operation of TeamCity;

Stability monitoring: crashes, error messages, graphs in Grafana and other tools;

Interacting with partners: transferring all necessary information for app release, assisting in solving their problems.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of Linux, Windows, MacOS, bash scripting, powershell scripting;
Strong Python skills; Solid knowledge of Git; Experience working with CI/CD tools, TeamCity/Jenkins, and others; Knowledge of English sufficient for reading documentation.

Preferred

Experience in game releases or certificate in creating applications in stores, certificate in creating an application page in Google Play;
Knowledge of the principles for building projects for different platforms (iOS, Windows, Android, macOS, and others); Experience in a similar position; Experience working with TeamCity.
