ABOUT THE JOB
Analysing of data reports to identify trends in your destinations Using yield systems and reviewing booking trends to make informed pricing decisions Working within a fast paced team environment responsible for a number of holiday destinations; striving to optimise sales, profitability and maximise both flight and hotel performance Keeping a close eye on the latest market trends and checking out competitor pricing activities Effectively build strong internal relationships with key stakeholders across the business, ensuring prices and promotional offers are effectively communicated internally. Making decisions that will directly drive the price offering to our customers and ultimately feed into the overall financial performance of TUI UK&I. Monitor and balance our beds to seats and duration control position for each resort Supporting the Dublin contact centre to help find customer resolutionsABOUT YOU
Good commercial acumen, numeracy and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail Team player with clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Strong initiative with ability to deliver both working on own and in a team Confident, proactive and ability to work under pressure Highly organised with a flexible approach to working within a fast changing, fast moving environment Proficient user of the MS office suite, especially Excel Seeks to understand others’ perspectives And finally, it helps if you love holidays as we are all passionate about the full experience gained through travel that creates memories that last a lifetime
