In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Directs an Accounting Transformation team that is responsible for change management in Accounting Operations including actions to enhance operational processes and automate same including NAV calculations and client reporting. Drives change across multiple accounting teams to minimize manual processes, manage risk and achieve financial objectives. Influences client behavior change which will lead to enhanced operational processes. Recruits, directs, motivates, and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelors degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. - years of total work experience and at least - years in management preferred.
