We're seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our team as the Director, Coding Quality Process – Risk Adjustment - HCC. Based in Dublin, Ireland, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Risk Adjustment HCC coding program across all regions. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual to leverage data insights, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the successful execution of quality initiatives on a global scale.

Primary Responsibilities:

•    Champion Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage your analytical expertise to identify trends, predict potential issues, and guide strategic decision-making for the global coding quality program.
•    Foster Collaboration Across Borders: Build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with quality audit operation leaders across the globe, navigating a complex matrix organization.
•    Drive Quality Improvement Initiatives: Leverage data insights and industry best practices to evolve and optimize our quality audit and control framework, maintaining a high standard of coding accuracy
•    Champion Timely Execution: Act as a liaison and advocate, proactively managing plan execution and ensuring timely implementation of quality initiatives across all regions.
•    Become a Subject Matter Expert: Deepen your understanding of healthcare coding regulations (ICD-10-CM) and risk adjustment methodologies (HCC).

Required qualifications:

•    Proven Experience in healthcare coding quality management or a related field.
•    Data Analytics Savvy: Leverage data analytics and quality control methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control (SPC)) to identify coding accuracy trends, optimize processes, and implement corrective actions for continuous program improvement.
•    Influential Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, influence, and collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment.
•    Global Mindset: Experience working in a global environment and a keen understanding of cultural nuances.
•    Project Management Expertise: A proven track record of successfully managing and executing complex projects on time and within budget.
•    Excellent Communication: The ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to diverse audiences.
•    A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. 
•    The ability to travel 10% domestically and internationally.
