§1. Service Description
trabajo.org Premium is a subscription service that provides full access to direct job listing descriptions published on trabajo.org, including employer details and the ability to apply directly to job offers without intermediaries.
§2. Plans and Pricing
- Trial with subscription: €2.99 for 7 days of trial access. After the trial period, the monthly rate for your region is charged automatically. You may cancel before the trial ends at no additional cost.
- Monthly: Full access with automatic monthly renewal at the end of each billing period.
- Annual: Full access with automatic annual renewal at the end of each billing period.
Prices vary by country and local currency. Exact rates are displayed on the checkout page before payment confirmation.
§3. Pre-Contractual Information (RDL 1/2007, Art. 97.1.p)
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Consumer and User Protection Act, the following information is provided to the consumer:
- Provider identity: BEBEE PLATFORM SL (CIF: ESB84471838), operating as trabajo.org. Contact email: soporte@trabajo.org
- Service characteristics: Premium access to direct job listings, including full descriptions, employer details, and direct application.
- Total price: Inclusive of all applicable taxes. The exact amount is displayed at checkout before payment.
- Payment method: Credit or debit card, processed securely via Stripe.
- Contract execution: Access to the service is activated immediately upon payment confirmation.
- Contract duration: According to the selected plan (7 days, monthly, or annual), with automatic renewal unless cancelled in advance.
§4. Automatic Renewal (Ley 10/2025)
In compliance with Spanish Law 10/2025 on consumer protection regarding automatic subscriptions:
- Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
- You will receive an email notification 15 days before each renewal with the amount to be charged.
- You may cancel at any time by accessing the billing portal without any penalty.
§5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of subscription, without the need to provide any justification.
To exercise this right, send your request to soporte@trabajo.org stating your registered email address and date of purchase.
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days from receipt of your request, using the same payment method used in the original transaction.
§6. Cancellation (EU Directive 2023/2673)
In compliance with EU Directive 2023/2673, cancelling your subscription is as easy as subscribing. No additional steps or phone calls are required.
You may cancel directly from your billing portal at any time:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain premium access until the end of the period already paid for.

§8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring proceedings before the courts of their domicile in accordance with Article 52.3 of the Spanish Civil Procedure Act.
