  • Als Marketing Director (m/w/d) bist du Teil des Management Teams von gesund.de und berichtest an die Geschäftsführung.
  • Du führst das Marketing-Team und gehst als inspirierende und anpackende moderne Führungspersönlichkeit voran. 
  • Du entwickelst unsere Marketingstrategie erfolgreich weiter, um das Wachstum und die Markenbekanntheit von gesund.de weiter zu fördern. 
  • Du hast das Marketingbudget fest im Griff und stellst sicher, dass Ressourcen effektiv eingesetzt werden.
  • Du steuerst ergebnisverantwortlich Kampagnen über sämtliche Kanäle hinweg. 
  • Du identifizierst frühzeitig neue Marktchancen und Marketing-Trends und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen ab. 
  • Neben Autarkie ist uns Alignment wichtig: Du stimmst dich eng mit Kolleg:innen und externen Stakeholdern ab und agierst dabei kollegial und kooperativ.
Dein Profil
  • Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Marketing oder in vergleichbaren Studiengängen absolviert und verfügst über mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing.
  • Du hast bereits Marketing-Teams erfolgreich geführt und kannst mit einem Show-Case dein Verständnis von kanalübergreifenden Markenstrategien unter Beweis stellen.
  • Deine exzellenten Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten helfen dir, deine Ideen klar und überzeugend zu vermitteln.
  • Du besitzt das Talent, auch in dynamischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten und stets zielorientiert zu handeln.
  • Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität mit, um Veränderungen schnell zu erfassen und dich und dein Team darauf einzustellen.
  • Deine hohe Eigenmotivation und Ergebnisorientierung treiben dich dazu an, herausragende Leistungen zu erzielen.
