Summary: This position will support the site General Facilities Supervisor in ensuring all building fabric maintenance and upkeep works across the site are completed in a safe and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Daily interaction on site CMMS and efficient resource and materials planning.Demonstrate ability to scope, lead and deliver maintenance projects.Assist in daily vendor management.Complete daily administrative tasks such as quotes, raising purchase requisitions, coordinating site access, site inductions and reviewing and uploading MSRA's.Drive high quality standards of workmanship across the site.Conduct regular site audits across the site and action findings.Follows current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs) and good business practices.Conduct problem solving methods to recurring work trends and elimination of same.Analyze problems and take appropriate action to ensure continuous and reliable operation of equipment, systems.Contact equipment manufacturers / suppliers or appropriate specialists when necessary to resolve equipment problems.
Related Activities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Provides on-the-floor mentorship and support to colleagues.Escalates all vendor performance issues to management.Issuance, Reviewing and Approval of BMRAM Work Records.Support for creation and completion of NOE's, CAPA's, Change Controls, TSCRs.
Education and Experience:
Qualified to National Craft Standard - may substitute additional relevant experience for educational requirement.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations and maintenance management.Previous experience in managing and delivering a high volume of maintenance work and projects.Supervisory skills desirable.
This position may be for you if you have the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative, without direct supervision from management. Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivery. Team player with an ability to work well across various departments on site as well as business partners. Advanced level of Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
