Overview:
We are hiring on a permanent basis a Talent Engagement Manager to partner with our Ireland business to attract and engage highly skilled, diverse talent. The role will be accountable for a range of functions including Commercial, Marketing, Digital, E-commerce, Finance, Legal, and CR hiring.
Diageo IOI is one of the largest and best-performing food and drink businesses in Ireland and in this role, you will be a critical partner to it, working closely with the leaders to ensure we hire best in class, diverse talent for this exciting and critical market.
This role is highly visible to a large cross-section of senior collaborators, many of which will be in critical leadership roles that have a significant impact on the organization’s ability to achieve key business outcomes and the overall Performance Ambition. Acting as a coach and mentor to these key partners will be an enabler for success and the Talent Engagement Manager will be looked upon as an authority in hiring, I&D, employer brand, and data insights.
About you:
You will be an experienced in-house talent acquisition professional with excellent talent judgment, accountability, and an ability to deliver through ambiguity in a fast-paced, ambitious and matrixed environment.
Experience of managing multiple senior partners across a region, using exceptional consultative skills and to influence action and change whilst championing diversity would also be an ideal requirement.
