Cpl Healthcare is recruiting an experienced Social Care Worker, for the role of House Coordinator . We are recruiting an experienced Social Care Worker on behalf of a reputable service in providing valuable services for people with intellectual disabilities and other kinds of special needs. This role is based in Callan, Kilkenny.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide a safe and effective service to the residents within your care through the implementation of quality and safe processes and systems within the house or houses that you are responsible for. This includes oversight of Social Care Assistants and Volunteers.

To be eligible for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

· Minimum level 7 in Social Care or equivalent relevant qualification.

·Hold a Full Driver’s License (traveling within duty will be required)

· A strong knowledge base surrounding HIQA Regulations and Standards

·Minimum of 3 years working in the disability sector/with vulnerable adults

·Managerial/Supervisory experience of 1 year in a similar social care setting

· Eligibility to Work in Ireland

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
