Key Responsibilities:

Utilise your in-depth knowledge of Irish employment law to provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Partner with leadership to drive compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
Take the lead in employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent resolution of issues.
Implement and optimise HR processes to enhance organisational effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support talent acquisition, on-boarding, and employee development initiatives.
Proactively address employee concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.Skills & Experience:

Experienced within a HR Generalist role.
Sound knowledge of Irish Employment Law
Strong understanding of current HR trends, best practices, and compliance requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
