This unit is a member of a large group, offering incredible support and infrastructure to new appointees. The group was founded in 2000, operates a total of 32 nursing and care homes in Ireland.

Overview of the role:
Cpl are now applicants for a Clinical Nurse Manager role in a newly opened Care facility for Older Adults in Kilcolgan, Co. Galway. The roles available are full time permanent and will require the availability to work weekends/nights. Â
Â
Duties:
·        Clinical Practice
·        Medication Management
·        Staff Supervision & Training
·        Auditing
·        Residents/Relatives - Person Centre
·        Management

Qualifications :
- BSc in General Nursing or equivalent.
- Previous managerial training / experience is an advantage.
- Registered on the NMBI live register.
- Excellent Leadership, Organisational and Communication skills.
- Sound decision making ability.
- Ability to motivate self and others and work on own initiative.
- Ability to work well and promote a team environment.
- Results driven.
