This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work both virtually and from our Dublin office.

What the day will look like

Main responsibilities will include :

• Finding opportunities to le verage our communications deliver y team’s capabilities and solutions to help pension members make better decisions

• S olve client challenges with communications and engagement solutions

• Be responsible for attract ing prospects /new business and deepen ing relationships with existing clients

• Develop and maintain internal relationships with clients, our delivery and client facing teams

• Continuously articulate Aon’s engagement solutions and deliver commercial objectives

  Skills and experience that will lead to success

  As a Pension Engagement Consultant your skills, expertise and experience will ideally include:

• Previous experience creating and delivering successful business pitches to support new business projects and tender process

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to be able to d evelop relationships with clients and internal partners , while delivering solutions that are commercially viable for all parties

• Self-starter who is proactive, quick to learn and can identify client communication needs, opportunities, and influence clients and colleagues where necessary

• Knowledge and or e xperience in the pension industry or related exams will be an advantage
