A prominent client based in Dublin are currently seeking a Legal Administrator to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for supporting fee earners and carrying out all office administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing full secretarial support to the team to include digital dictation.
- Co-ordinating meetings and following up on next steps.
- Maintaining trackers, registers and legal databases.
- Accurately compiling legal documents and using platforms such as Keyhouse.
- Providing administrative support to fee earners to include coordinating appointments and meetings as necessary, covering reception and carrying out ad hoc administration duties.
- Co-ordinate and manage all incoming documentation as well as manage the main phone line and global email address.
Key Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a legal secretary or administration.
- Experience and confidence in dealing with individuals at a senior level in the organisation
- Advanced MS Suite skills; Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Case Management Systems, Dictation.
- Flexible, reliable, highly organised and good work ethic.
- Possess good inter-personal skills and can work as part of a cohesive and busy team
- Must be able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
- Have a high attention to detail.
