Legal Administrator | 40K | On-Site

A prominent client based in Dublin are currently seeking a Legal Administrator to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for supporting fee earners and carrying out all office administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing full secretarial support to the team to include digital dictation.
  • Co-ordinating meetings and following up on next steps.
  • Maintaining trackers, registers and legal databases.
  • Accurately compiling legal documents and using platforms such as Keyhouse.
  • Providing administrative support to fee earners to include coordinating appointments and meetings as necessary, covering reception and carrying out ad hoc administration duties.
  • Co-ordinate and manage all incoming documentation as well as manage the main phone line and global email address.

Key Skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a legal secretary or administration.
  • Experience and confidence in dealing with individuals at a senior level in the organisation
  • Advanced MS Suite skills; Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Case Management Systems, Dictation.
  • Flexible, reliable, highly organised and good work ethic.
  • Possess good inter-personal skills and can work as part of a cohesive and busy team
  • Must be able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
  • Have a high attention to detail.
