Role: You will be responsible for retaining and developing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. This role is suited to a positive and pro-active self-starter. Hard work, determination, and commitment will ensure your success within this role. Based from our Kilkenny office with the facility to work remotely on a hybrid basis after the initial training period.
Your Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly retention and new business targets.
- Proactively build your sales pipeline.
- Become an expert in your target area.
- Grow and develop niche knowledge in new business sectors.
Skills / Knowledge:
- Proven sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service experience.
- Ability to network and build relationships.
- Proactive approach to building and managing your account.
- Focus on market and competitor insight.
Qualifications and Experience:
- CIP, APA Commercial or Grandfathered Qualification.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a commercial insurance role as a broker or in an insurance company (Fleets, Liability, Property, Farm, Motor Trade, Retail, PI, Cyber).
