To share the special ambience of the most beautiful places of Italian tradition, creating unique moments of sharing with our customers.Chef de Partie (M/F) New Opening DublinBig Mamma is opening a new chapter in Dublin with the launch of an ambitious project, designed to redefine the hospitality experience at Big Mamma and offer a unique, inspiring atmosphere.For this new opening, we are looking for Chef de Partie / Demi Chef de Partie who can support the service with care and passion.Your Goals: Stock management, inventory, and understanding of food cost Basic knowledge of the group's artistic direction Quality control and responsibility for mise en place, hygiene, and safety procedures Management of the pass and the service Knowledge of kitchen basics and techniques, ability to reproduce recipes, and familiarity with fresh pasta Training junior team members, onboarding, and team motivation Our Offer: Permanent contract, 5 working days per week with 2 consecutive days off Guaranteed tips A lovingly prepared staff meal before each service, plus a 50% discount in all our restaurants Many opportunities for professional growth, both nationally and internationally and much more Start date: November 2025Further details will be discussed during the interview.Big Mamma Group is an equal opportunity employer.
