The Role
  • Welcome and assist clients with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage a high volume of telephone calls effectively.
  • Coordinate internal meeting room bookings, including catering arrangements.
  • Book taxis and issue swipe cards as needed.
  • Handle a range of administrative tasks and respond to queries promptly.
The Candidate
  • Highly professional, reliable, and energetic with strong focus.
  • Thrives in a busy environment, able to multitask, prioritise, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Engaging, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a corporate environment and enjoys teamwork.
  • Dependable, adaptable, and willing to work shifts (between 7:45 am and 6:30 pm).
  • Values confidentiality and understands its importance.
