What You'll Do:

  • Be the main point of contact for all wedding and event inquiries, providing expert guidance and exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with the Management Team, Sales & Marketing, and other departments to plan and execute outstanding events.
  • Collaborate with clients, understanding their vision and ensuring their expectations are not just met-but exceeded
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with couples, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver seamless and stress-free events.
  • Manage event logistics, coordinating all necessary details while upholding the hotel's standards of excellence.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously enhance our wedding and events services.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in wedding and event coordination, with an eye for detail and a passion for hospitality.
  • Exceptional customer service and sales skills, with a warm and professional approach.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities-both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing event budgets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and event management systems (experience with Hotsoft, MAPOSA, or Alkimii is a plus).
  • A degree or diploma in Event Management is desirable but not essential.
