Bring energy, knowledge, and innovation to carry out the following:

  • Take custody of primary packaging and single-use materials BOM in the warehouse. Perform wipe-ins and delayering through PSA from unclassified to grade D ahead of batch activity.
  • Set up and manage Kanban’s in PSA and IPT and coordinate signals back to the existing warehouse for efficient transport of materials to the building.
  • Take custody of Kanban material in the warehouse, replenishing existing Kanbans.
  • Liaise with facilities, ensure vendor-managed inventory (VMI) and replenishment of the same is in place.
  • Ensure SAP material accuracy and visibility in IPT, completing Prod 183 cycle counting and ensuring accurate consumption of material to process orders.
  • Develop as a SAP SME, promoting and raising the proficiency of SAP usage with IPT.
  • Monitor ambient capacity levels and ensure spaces are allocated as per the agreed allocation strategy (key backup batches available for critical materials).
  • Monitor 2-8 capacity levels and organize timely transfer of materials to the main site 2-8 warehouse.
Requirements

Skills Required:

  • Experience in working in a GMP environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of working within a well-established, high-performing team.
  • Previous warehousing experience.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds, light computer skills, FDA experience.
  • Proactive attitude towards their work and ability to multitask when required.
  • Excellent knowledge of cGMP and GDP preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and job-related computer applications.
  • Excellent time management skills - have demonstrated ability to meet strict timelines.
