KNOW THE ROLE

Our Marketing Team are looking for a Marketing Intern to join their team on a 6-month contract basis. Our Head Office in South Anne Street is a hub of creativity, style and innovation. Having an open plan space makes it easy to share ideas and be inspired daily. As Marketing Intern, you will support the team in the execution of the marketing and communication plan across the division as well as event activity for the category.

  1. Assist with campaign plans, pre and post campaign follow up and analysis leading to report generation, evaluation and subsequent follow up.
  2. Assist and in some cases drive the coordination and smooth running of events, designed to drive and generate sales for the business, while supporting with general administration and accounts.
  3. Work very closely with key functions of the Brown Thomas business (buying, online, store operations, CRM) to complement and maximise all opportunities; keeping stakeholders up to date with a constant flow of information.
  4. Liaise with brands & external vendors, ensuring that information is gathered on time and updated regularly.
  5. On occasion you may be asked to support with other projects in the Marketing Team.

KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  1. Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably in a Marketing related discipline.
  2. Highly organised with an ability to work on your own and as part of a cross functional team.
  3. Strong communication skills both spoken and written.
  4. Excellent attention to detail.
  5. Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
  6. Passionate for the Brown Thomas Arnotts and always striving to enhance its reputation.
