Dina arbetsuppgifter
Undervisning i ämnet svenska som andraspråk av vuxna elever på olika nivåer; från grundläggande till och med gymnasienivå. Detta innebär att utvecklande och anpassande av undervisningsmaterial krävs för att möta elevernas individuella behov. Undervisning på vuxenutbildningen kan ske både individuellt och i grupp, samt är både rums- och tids oberoende.

Arbete nära med kollegor för att skapa en inkluderande och stödjande lärmiljö. Bedöma och följa upp elevernas framsteg, ge konstruktiv framåtsyftande återkoppling till dem i syfte att ge optimalt stöd för eleven att nå målen i ämnet, samt dokumentera studieprogressionen i Edlevo. Delta i skolans utvecklings- och kvalitetsarbete, samt bidra till en positiv arbetsmiljö för både arbetskamrater och elever.

Vi söker
Vi söker dig som har lärarlegitimation med behörighet i svenska som andraspråk/svenska. Extra meriterande är att du har erfarenhet av att ha undervisat svenska som andraspråk, gärna i en mångkulturell miljö. Vi lägger stor vikt vid det pedagogiska ledarskapet kopplat till goda pedagogiska och didaktiska kunskaper, samt till god förmåga att anpassa undervisningen utifrån resultat och den enskilde elevens behov. Engagemang och kreativitet i undervisningen är kompetenser som värderas högt, samt att du är medveten om din egen påverkan på elevers lärande.
