If you're looking for a role that offers fantastic growth opportunities and the chance to work with cutting-edge work management platforms, this is for you Key Responsibilities: Grow Your Book of Business: Proactively identify and close new revenue opportunities, expanding usage with existing accounts.Build Relationships: Lead outreach efforts through calls and emails, managing and nurturing customer relationships for long-term success.Educate & Influence: Help customers unlock the full potential of work management tools by promoting deeper platform engagement.Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with internal teams and external clients, providing insights and contributing to strategic growth plans.Track & Report: Stay on top of your pipeline, delivering weekly reports on progress, forecasts, and strategies to hit your targets.Hit Targets & Drive Success: Consistently exceed daily, weekly, and quarterly sales goals, using your passion and skills to push boundaries. What Youll Need: Fluent German (C1): Youll be interacting daily with German-speaking customers, so fluency is keySales Expertise: 1-2 years of experience in sales or account development with a track record of exceeding goals.Relationship Builder: Demonstrated ability to create and maintain strong customer connections.Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze data and craft strategic plans to increase account growth.Adaptable & Driven: You thrive in fast-paced environments and are always ready to learn and evolve.
