Online Marketing Manager:in (m/w/d) mit Herz gesucht

Wir suchen ab sofort für unseren Verein in Bonn eine kreative und motivierte Person als Online-Marketing-Manager:in (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Fundraising in Voll- oder Teilzeit (min. 25 Stunden) mit ganz viel Herz und Visionen für eine digitale Zukunft der kinderherzen.

Wir sind ein wachsendes Team (über 20 Mitarbeitende) mit Hauptsitz in Bonn und großen Zielen. kinderherzen wurde vor über 30 Jahren gegründet, um sich für Kinder und Erwachsene mit angeborenem Herzfehler einzusetzen. Aus einem lokalen Verein ist heute eine Bewegung geworden, die sich in ganz Deutschland und weltweit für herzkranke Kinder engagiert. Schwerpunkte unserer Arbeit sind Forschung, Ausstattung, Weiterbildung, Therapieangebote und die internationale Nothilfe. Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit, die Spaß daran hat, gemeinsam in einem kleinen Team den Verein in die digitale Zukunft zu führen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  1. Entwicklung und Umsetzung von zielgerichteten Online-Marketing-Strategien
  2. Aufbau und kontinuierliche Erweiterung des Newsletter-Verteilers
  3. Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Social-Media-Strategie
  4. Identifizierung von Zielgruppen und Trends zur Anpassung der Marketingmaßnahmen
  5. Erstellung von ansprechendem Content (Texte, Bilder, Videos) für verschiedene Plattformen sowie den Newsletter-Versand
  6. Durchführung von Keyword-Recherchen zur Verbesserung der organischen Sichtbarkeit in Suchmaschinen
  7. Betreuung und Optimierung der Webseite
  8. Planung und Durchführung von bezahlten Werbekampagnen (z.B. Google Ads, Social Media Ads) zur Steigerung der Reichweite und Generierung von Leads
  9. Monitoring und Reporting
  10. Unterstützung bei Veranstaltungen oder Initiativen des Vereins durch gezielte Online-Marketing-Maßnahmen.

Dein Anforderungsprofil:

  1. Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Digital Marketing, Medienwirtschaft, Mediendesign oder E-Commerce
  2. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Online-, Performance- oder Social Media Marketing oder im Online-Fundraising mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen in der Conversion-Optimierung.
  3. Gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Content Management Systemen, E-Mail- und Newsletter-Tools sowie im (Online-)Texten und grafische und inhaltliche Aufbereitung von Themen
  4. Kreativität und ein gutes Gespür für visuelle Inhalte sowie effektive Call-to-Actions
  5. Erfahrung im Online-Marketing insbesondere SEA, SEO, Display und Multi-Media-Advertising und in der Anwendung von Tools für Performance Marketing-Kampagnen (eTracker, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager etc.)
  6. Gutes Projekt- und Zeitmanagement und Erfahrung in der Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern
  7. Sicherer Umgang in der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
