Join us as a Propositions Manager (B2C) - Innovation

This role is responsible for managing the development and execution of Three's new propositions. You will lead end-to-end proposition development across key areas: Commercial, Finance, Technology, Direct & Indirect Channels, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations.

You will define and deliver initiatives within the consumer business to drive growth and enhance our customer offerings. You will serve as a central point of communication for all New Proposition queries, ensuring customer needs are understood, initiatives are prioritized, and clear plans are set for delivery.

What else does it involve?

• Having a customer-centric and curious mindset, analyzing long-term trends.
• Contributing to the NPD roadmap to differentiate Three Ireland in mobile and non-mobile products.
• Monitoring competitors and recommending responses to create a competitive advantage.
• Defining and delivering new proposition development and execution, working closely with the team.
• Managing all New Proposition queries, actions, and decisions as the central point of contact.
• Understanding the digital-first customer journey across all channels and capturing requirements accordingly.
• Collaborating with commercial teams to create mutually beneficial propositions and improved customer experiences.
• Leading stakeholder meetings, facilitating workshops, building relationships, and inspiring confidence.
• Capturing market insights and business benefits through business cases.
• Handling escalations related to proposition delivery, working cross-functionally to resolve issues.
• Leading proposition development, design, and securing senior stakeholder approval.
• Guiding the team on business requirements, rules, and product catalog inputs.
• Implementing governance, setting agendas, and ensuring robust data and reporting for new propositions.
• Securing approvals for proposition designs and journeys from senior stakeholders.
• Supporting build, testing, deployment, and market launch activities.
• Owning end-to-end accountability for NPD roadmap items until handover to the commercial team.

• Highly organized with effective prioritization skills.
• Experience in proposition development and execution, preferably within telco industry.
