What will you do:

Arrow is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Team in Ireland-remote or Vienna, Austria- hybrid. This position will be in direct contact with sales teams and different counterparts. There is a tremendous chance to develop our business to be even more successful.

What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?

  • Act as the link between the sales team and different counterparts and may need to join customer and supplier visits.
  • Research and disseminate information on potential customers, supplier-related activities, cost, and schedule of designated projects with the local team.
  • Evaluate opportunities, develop penetration plans, and provide direction to Arrow teams.
  • Identify pipeline potential strategic global customers for incremental business beyond design transfers.
  • Develop, coordinate, and follow up strategies for smooth transitions.
  • Manage customer quotes activities in line with customer-specific strategies, quoting processes, and order management.
  • Identify new sales opportunities by working with buyers and engineers to provide quotes, technical support, and data sheets, and by placing purchase orders.
  • Maintain accounts by providing customer service on orders.
  • Other maintenance tasks include tracking shipments, maintaining orders, managing backlog, expediting orders, and troubleshooting.

What we are looking for:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Business fluency in English language.
  • Business fluency in German language is a plus.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as a team member.
  • Proactive and flexible, taking responsibility for your duties, can work under pressure, understand how details affect the big picture, and show a positive can-do attitude.
  • Teamwork and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.
  • Accuracy is a must in this position.
  • Technical or commercial education and working experience in sales back office or operations are preferred.
