We are hiring a Director of Nursing for a Nursing Home in Co Clare,Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Clinical practice is monitored using personalised care plans for each resident.
- Conducting internal audits and following up on the outcomes.
- Staff induction is followed by continued training and development.
- Encouragement of creative practices.
- Ensure the implementation and adherence to Company and HIQA standards, processes, and recommendations.
- Monitoring of administrative procedures. while the Administrator is absent.
- Ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the home is to the highest standard
Requirements- Qualified RGN with at least 3 years' experience in the last 6 years in care of the older person.
- Post registration management qualification in health or a related field.
- No less than 3 years' experience in a management capacity in the health and social care area.
- Registered on appropriate part of NMBI live register.
