Job Description

We are currently seeking applications from qualified and experienced chefs for the position of Demi/Chef de Partie to join our esteemed Kitchen Team at The Brasserie. The ideal candidate should possess a culinary qualification to at least Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie level, accompanied by a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar high-end hotel or restaurant setting.

Your role will require a demonstration of your extensive culinary experience, a genuine passion for food, in-depth food knowledge, and exceptional cooking skills. This opportunity offers a platform for career growth and development in a dynamic culinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain impeccable standards of food preparation and service during afternoon and evening shifts.
  2. Ensure strict adherence to all food preparation standards at all times.
  3. Guarantee the consistent delivery of high-quality, visually appealing food.
  4. Monitor and uphold food safety guidelines and HACCP standards.

This is a full-time position, inclusive of weekends and evening shifts, allowing for an immersive and rewarding experience within The Brasserie kitchen.
