Job Description

We are seeking applications from qualified and experienced chefs for the position of Demi/Chef de Partie. The ideal candidate should possess a culinary qualification to at least Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie level, accompanied by a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar high-end hotel or restaurant setting. Your role will require a demonstration of your extensive culinary experience, a genuine passion for food, in-depth food knowledge, and exceptional cooking skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain impeccable standards of food preparation and service during afternoon and evening shifts.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all food preparation standards at all times.
  • Guarantee the consistent delivery of high-quality, visually appealing food.
  • Monitor and uphold food safety guidelines and HACCP standards.
