Hospitality Group Manager

We are seeking a talented Group Manager for a leading hospitality group in Cork known for its vibrant bars & restaurants and exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar hospitality management role with a strong in-depth knowledge of Bar and Restaurant operations.
Responsibilities- Oversight of day-to-day operations across all locations, providing strategic direction and leadership to foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies.
- Regular performance reviews and constructive feedback.
- Inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships.
- Budget preparation and management for each bar location.
- Analytical review of financial performance and identification of areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Development and execution of promotional strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Proven experience as a Bar and Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Bar and Restaurant operations.
- Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and P&L management.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
